Procedure for visiting the venue
All visitors are required to pre-register online.
STEP1Click 「Visitor Pre-registration "Free"」
Please enter your email address and press the "Apply" button.
We will send you the URL of this registration form by email.
STEP2Create my page
Please click on the URL and fill in the required information in each form field to register.
STEP3Print your “Visitor ID”
A registration completion email will be sent to the email you registered.
Please print out the Visitor ID attached to that email address in A4 size.
STEP4To the venue on the day
Please be sure to bring your visitor ID and come directly to the entrance.
If you forget your visitor ID, you will need to register again and submit 2 your business cards.
Anyone without a business card will be refused entry.
Information to the venue
The Japan Bike Show will be held at Ariake GYM-EX for two days from September 18th to 19th.
