Can people other than business-related people enter?
No, The general public (including cyclists and bicycle enthusiasts) and streamers (YouTubers, etc.) are not allowed to enter.
We are planning to attend the event with multiple people. Is it okay to register only one representative?
No, All attendees are requested to register. It is not allowed to invite multiple people under the single representative’s registration.
Can I show my mobile phone screen as the Visitor ID?
Under no circumstances will you be able to enter the venue just by showing the screen. Please be sure to print out the admission ticket downloaded from My Page and bring it to the venue.
I registered to attend, but I haven't received an email back, so I can't download my Visitor ID.
If you do not receive an email after a while, it is possible that the email address you entered is incorrect or that you have set up your settings to refuse to receive emails, so please set your settings to receive the domain @japanbikeshow.jp. Please check and register again.
※If you register with a free email address (livemail, gmail, outlook.com, hotmail, etc.), you may not be able to receive emails due to the security settings of the free email. If you have an address other than a free email address, please register with it.
If you register using a smartphone, you may not be able to select from the pop-up menu due to Javascript settings, which may result in an error. Please try switching the Javascript settings from the settings menu to on and off.
Can I take photos and videos inside the venue?
No, Taking photos and videos inside the venue is prohibited.
What procedures do I need to follow if I want to attend a seminar?
Please apply in advance for the seminars you wish to attend. Please note that you will not be able to apply for the seminar unless you have not registered to attend the exhibition first, so please complete your advance registration first. Note that seminar registration will end as soon as the capacity is reached.
I have not applied to attend the seminar, but can I attend it on the day?
You can attend the seminar if there is space on the day. Please ask the staff at the seminar registration desk you wish to attend.
I have applied for a seminar, but what is the procedure to cancel.
Please complete the cancellation procedure from the seminar you have applied from My Page.
How to cancel if I have registered to attend but cannot attend due to sudden inconvenience.
There is no need to contact us to cancel your visit to the exhibition. However, if you have applied for a seminar, please cancel from My Page.
Are there any parking lots?
On Wednesday, September 18th, you can park in the paid (not-free) parking lot next to the exhibition venue "GYM-EX." Please use nearby coin parking (not-free) on Thursday, September 19th.
If I arrive by bicycle, where can I park my bicycle?
There is a bicycle parking lot at the exhibition venue "GYM-EX”.
Do you sell bicycles?
No, This exhibition is a business show for those involved in the bicycle industry, so there will be no merchandise sold on the day.
Can I check in my baggage?
There are coin lockers in the exhibition hall, so please use them.
Where can I eat?
There is no restaurant at the venue, but you can purchase meals from the kitchen car. Please enjoy your meal in the picnic area.
Can I enter with children?
Children are welcome to enter, but please understand that this is the business show and please keep an eye on your children on the day of the event.
