The log-in page allows you to download (1) exhibitor PR information (published on the official website) and (2) exhibitor manuals. Please check the exhibitor manual for details. You can submit for some of the necessary documents from the Exhibitor's My Page.

The official website（https://www.japanbikeshow.jp/）provides information such as a list of exhibiting companies, exhibiting products and highlights, and contact information, as well as a search function that allows you to search for the relevant exhibiting company. Once you have received your ID and password, please enter them in each section of "Exhibitor Search Registration" on My Page. Additions and corrections to registered information can be made at any time.

Please log in to the Exhibitor My Page using your dedicated ID and password. Please click on "Exhibitor Manual" and "Order Form" to download and read them carefully. Please note that the submission method differs depending on the contents of the order, such as documents that can be submitted only through the Exhibitor's My Page or submitted only as email attachments.

Exhibitor companies are only allowed to take photos and videos within the venue, and are only allowed to take pictures of common areas such as the venue's exterior, registration office, exhibition signboards, rest areas, etc. When uploading exhibition images or information on your company's website or official SNS, please ensure not to violate the portrait rights of visitors and exhibitors who are visiting this exhibition. In the event that you do not comply with the above regulations, we will take forceful actions to deleting relevant images or videos etc.
